For those of you who missed them here is another Puffed Lession in Spanish! This time it's turn to give the lession! And her lession is on the conditional tense! She says:

One uses the Conditional Forms when one wants to talk about things that aren't real (hypothetical situations) express wishes or desires or to make requests more polite. The endings are (see the page) - the "Vosotros" form is used primarily in Spain.

Like the Future tense verb forms - these endings go on the ends of the invinitve forms of the verbs. Here's an example:

If I had colour-changing contact lenses, then I would have blue eyes. Maybe I could ask my parents "Please, could you give me coloured-lenses for Christmas or my birthday? Or maybe I could eat lots of doughnuts (Like that old bitch once sang "Doughnuts make my brown eyes blue"). Or maybe (just maybe) if The Wing would Pay More Attention and would look at my picture more carefully - then he would draw me with my proper-colored eyes! Oh, one more thing ... watch out for these verbs that are irregular in the Conditional (and Future) ...
